Pet surcharge: 3.500,-Ft/person/night/pet (without provisions, vaccination record required on site!) As not all of our rooms are suitable for accommodating pets, please indicate your arrival with a pet when making your reservation. Pets are only allowed in common areas with prior arrangement with the reception, while ensuring the undisturbed comfort of other guests, and under the owner’s supervision.)

CHILD DISCOUNT

Ages 0-5.99: complimentary
Ages 6-11.99: 60% of the prevailing adult rate applies
Ages 12 and above: adult rate applies

Child discounts are applicable when children share a room with their parents, provided the number of adults booked matches the room’s standard capacity. Proof of the child’s age will be required upon check-in. Requests for extra beds or baby cots must be arranged with the Provider in advance, ideally at the time of booking.

DEPOSIT:

As a deposit, we kindly request 50% of the accommodation fee, or the full booking amount for a one-night stay. Our package offers are bookable for stays of multiple nights. Bookings confirmed with a deposit can be modified regarding date and our available capacity, according to point 9 of the General Terms and Conditions. By ordering this offer and paying the deposit, the General Terms and Conditions are accepted. This package offer is subject to the general cancellation policy and penalty rules for the standard period, which you can find in detail in points 6.5 and 9 of the General Terms and Conditions.

OTHER INFORMATION

The first day of the period is considered the arrival day, and the last day is the departure day! Accommodation can be occupied between 14:00 and 18:00 on the day of arrival, and on the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 13:00. Breakfast and dinner are served in the restaurant between 8:00-10:00 and 18:00-20:00 respectively.

In the case of organized programs, we reserve the right to make changes!
