1. “STAR” card

After your first stay at Somogy Kertje, you will become the newest member of our Frequent Guest program and become the owner of a “STAR” card!

For your second and third visit, we offer the following discounts:

  • We give you an extra 5% discount on the accommodation price you wish to book.
  • On the day of departure, we offer you a late check-out until 12:00[3], so that not only your time here will be relaxing, but also the moments of your departure will be spent in peace!

2. “MOON” card

After your third stay at Somogy Kertje, our Frequent Guest will become the owner of the “Moon” card!

We would like to thank you for your trust in your fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh stay at Somogy Kertje as follows:

  • We will give you an extra 10% discount on the accommodation price you wish to book.
  • 5% extra discount on the accommodation’s own services (food, drinks, wellness, fitness, bicycles, etc.)
  • On the day of departure, we will give you a late check-out [4] until 13:00, so that not only the time you spend here is relaxing, but also the moments of departure can pass peacefully!
  • The discounts can be used for a maximum of 2 rooms at the same time!

3. “SUN” card

After your seventh stay at Somogy Kertje, our Frequent Guest will become the owner of a “SUN” card!

We would like to thank you for your eighth and every subsequent stay at Somogy Kertje as follows:

  • We will give you an extra 15% discount on the accommodation price you wish to book.
  • 10% extra discount on the accommodation’s own services (food, drinks, wellness, fitness, bicycles, etc.)
  • On the day of departure, we will give you a late check-out [5] until 2:00 PM, so that not only your time here will be relaxing, but also the moments of your departure will be peaceful!
  • The discounts can be used for a maximum of 3 rooms at the same time!

Progression between Frequent Guest cards

Our loyalty guests have 18 months to move from one level of our loyalty program to the next. Once our loyalty guest has reached a higher Frequent Guest card level, they have another 18 months to move one level up! If our CSILLAG Frequent Guest card is not used at all for 24 months, or our MOON or SUN Frequent Guest card for 36 months, the card will become invalid.

General terms

The provisions of the loyalty program of Somogy Kertje Holiday Village and Restaurant apply to Somogy Kertje Holiday Village and Restaurant (hereinafter referred to as Somogy Kertje) on the one hand, and to the natural body applying for it (hereinafter referred to as the loyalty guest). Membership in the loyalty program and the Frequent Guest cards belonging to it cannot be used by companies or other legal entities. A natural body can only participate in the Somogy Kertje Frequent Guest program once.

During a stay, only one Frequent Guest per accommodation unit can benefit from the benefits specified in the Somogy Kertje Frequent Guest program.

Somogy Kertje reserves the right to change the rules of the Frequent Guest program (Somogy Kertje cannot be held liable for changes made to the rules of its Frequent Guest program), which it is obliged to publish for its Frequent Guests on at least one communication channel, such as the Somogy Kertje website, by e-mail or by post. It is the responsibility of the Frequent Guest to be continuously informed about the Somogy Kertje Frequent Guest program, and Somogy Kertje is not liable for any damages resulting from failure to do so.

To register the number of visits and nights by Frequent Guests, Frequent Guests are required to provide their Frequent Guest card number in writing when making a written/online reservation and to present their electronic card when checking in at Somogy Kertje and using other services of the accommodation at a discount. Failure to do so will mean that Somogy Kertje is not required to provide discounts related to the Frequent Guest card. The registration of the number of visits and nights by Frequent Guests begins only when the Frequent Guest joins the Frequent Guest program (filling out the Frequent Guest program application form).

Frequent Guest card discounts can be used on the current RACK prices, package prices valid at the time of booking, and rate card prices of other services of Somogy Kertje, in case of booking directly at Somogy Kertje. Discounts related to the Frequent Guest card of Somogy Kertje and other discounts announced by Somogy Kertje, such as advance booking, last minute, etc. cannot be combined.

The number of visits and nights booked through an online accommodation broker, travel agency, or other third party does not count as part of the loyalty program. Furthermore, the number of visits and nights offered by Somogy Kertje free of charge in the form of a gift voucher does not form part of the loyalty program. The number of visits and nights refers exclusively to visits and nights actually spent at Somogy Kertje; cancelled reservations cannot be part of this.

The Frequent Guest card is personal and non-transferable. The Frequent Guest card benefits can only be used by the Frequent Guest card holder, so that in the case of a CSILLAG Frequent Guest card, the benefits can be applied to a maximum of 1 room at a time, in the case of a HOLD Frequent Guest card, the benefits can be applied to a maximum of 2 rooms at a time, and in the case of a NAP Frequent Guest card, the benefits can be applied to a maximum of 3 rooms at a time.

The Frequent Guest card cannot be placed on the market or sold in any form.

The regulations are valid from 2026.06.15 until revoked.
